In the Greece travel example programs we have included Athens most famous sights because Athens is the point of arrival and departure for 80% of travelers to Greece and we've also confined ourselves to Cyclades Greek islands because they are relatively near Athens and well serviced both by ferry and by air. Both of these factors will let you see more of Greece with less time traveling.

Greece Travel: The Cyclades Map

Traveling within any particular Greek island group will make your connections far easier no matter the group or where circumstances might land you.

All things considered the Cyclades meet and exceed most peoples expectations of the Greek islands. If you have only a few days to two weeks to spend in Greece you'll find them ideal.

Because of their proximity to Athens and wealth of transport opportunities from island to island, the Cyclades offer the most variety, endless sun, great beaches, ancient ruins, medieval history and everything the Greek islands are all about. Greek character, tradition, cuisine and hospitality.

Within our itineraries we have chosen the three most popular Greek islands destinations; Crete, Mykonos and Santorini as well as, Paros, Naxos and Syros all of which are popular in their own right but less developed while stilll providing all the amenities you have come to expect from a major European destination like Greece.

parthenon greece sights enjoy the beach for 4 days Our 7 day Athens and Naxos island itinerary coolly allows you to make all connections and arrive in Athens at your leisure with your pre-selected level of central Athens hotel accommodations ready and waiting.

The following morning, a brisk guided visit to the must see Acropolis and Parthenon are suggested but optional. Two of Athens most famous sites seen and souvenirs priced, at 3:30 in the same afternoon, you'll board the ferry or fly for a friendly 4 hour Greek islands cruise to Naxos where you'll still have a few hours of the hot Greek sun-light left to check into your hotel and get your bearings or even hit the beach.. You'll have three more unstructured days to explore Naxos and on the 6th day you return to Athens in the afternoon from where you may continue your journey the next day after hotel check out! Naxos is an island suitable for families and couples but can be fun for singles too!

What you Get:

Athens and Naxos Island for 7 days Cycladic Caprice

Day 01: Your Arrival Athens International airport and transfer to your choice of hotel. Depending on your time of arrival you will have the rest of the day free to shop in Athens and have lunch / dinner at a typical Greek Taverna. Overnight.
Day 02: Breakfast in the hotel
Pickup from reception for Athens sightseeing with English speaking guide and entrances fees to the sites including Acropolis. After the tour our driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the port to take the late afternoon boat to Naxos.
Arrival in Naxos, meet and greet at the port and transfer to your hotel.
Day 02, 03, 04, 05( 4 overnights) in Naxos. We will arrange an optional car rental and deliver it to your hotel on the 3rd day in the morning so you have the freedom to explore the island at your own pace.
Day 06: You can drop off the car at the port and take the boat back to Athens.
Arrive in Athens and our driver will transfer you to your hotel and overnight.
As this you’re your final night in Athens we will arrange a Athens by night tour with dinner and dancing.
Day 07: Our driver will transfer you to the airport for your flight back home

Dear All: First of all thanks for your prompt reply. I find your quotation very reasonable, so I´m positive we will use your services. However I would like to ask you to quote me the same tour with four star hotels also. If the difference is not to big, we would probably use those ones. All I´m waiting for is your information in order to make our decision. If you send me the new quotation I will book the tour by Monday.
