Above left, part of the aqueduct under the Zappion and National Gardens and still in use, those are clay pipes, so, unlike the Romans, the Greeks didnt go loony from lead poisoning. Center, wine amphoras, found under the Acropolis stop; they look like there was wine still in them too! What would an amphora of that stuff be worth?
